Really tasty Peruvian food. I had rice with ribs. It was really good. Great customer service. There is a language barrier if you don't speak Español.
I had a light breakfast here, in a little pinch for time. Great quick service was really appreciated. Every single item is worth ordering. I have tried three or four favorites, but many others will be next! Coffee as always stellar.

I discovered Pancitos, the exact way Sho said in his review that he discovered it. I was eating at Piolin, and then I looked across the street. My standing rule is to try a new bakery whenever I see one. So I walked across the street after lunch. First of all, to call Pancitos a bakery is underselling its offerings. I'd actually call it more of a bakery cafe with various breakfast and lunch offerings. I bought three things. A four-pointed throwing star of a strawberry cheese pastry, a guava pastry and a chicken empanada. They were all good. The pastries weren't too sweet and had nice texture. The empanada had a shiny, crunchy outer shell that looked cool. The chicken filling was meaty, well seasoned and actually had a few raisins. My food was better than I had a right to expect for a bakery I just wandered into. I may go back to try a sandwich next. Four Stars.
The best BREAKFAST on the earth! Boo yah! Love the peppy Latino music videos playing in the dining area in the back of the bakery. Ole'. The service, food and prices here cannot be beat. I have been having breakfast here approx 3 years. Can only stop by every month with my schedule. No where else like it. So delicious!! They sell handcrafted gifts made in Peru. Very cute! Snagged an interesting rattle made out of a hollowed out acorn squash. Who da thunk?
